Our range of t-shirt printing methods

Digital heat transfer

Prints the design onto a special type of paper and then transferring that image onto the t-shirt using a heat press machine.

Direct to garment

Unlike Digital Heat Transfer, this method prints the design directly on to the t-shirt, using fabric ink which allows the print to last longer.

Dye sublimation

Prints sublimation ink onto a carrier paper, which is then “evaporated” onto the shirt using a heat press machine. The inks becomes a gas and dyes the color of the shirt.

Embroidery

Stitches the design onto the shirt using an embroidery machine.

Screen Printing

This traditional method creates the design on a screen, using emulsion and light. The design which is embedded on the silk allows the fabric paint to sift through the silk onto the shirt.

Solvent printing

Prints solvent ink on to a very high quality transfer media which is then applied on to the shirt using a heat press machine.
